{"id":245,"date":"2022-03-24T13:05:28","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T13:05:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edukace.cochem.cz\/?page_id=245"},"modified":"2022-09-05T10:51:42","modified_gmt":"2022-09-05T10:51:42","slug":"mozne-vysledky-vystupy-z-navazujici-edukace","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/edukace.cochem.cz\/?page_id=245","title":{"rendered":"(Mo\u017en\u00e9) v\u00fdsledky\/v\u00fdstupy z navazuj\u00edc\u00ed edukace"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Dohoda rodi\u010d\u016f, kterou p\u0159edlo\u017e\u00ed soudu ke schv\u00e1len\u00ed.<\/strong> Takto uzav\u0159en\u00e1 dohoda m\u00e1 parametry v\u00fdroku soudu, tak\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt bez dal\u0161\u00edho p\u0159evzata do soudn\u00edho rozhodnut\u00ed (viz p\u0159\u00edloha).<\/li><li><strong>Mimosoudn\u00ed dohoda p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b spojen\u00e1 se zp\u011btvzet\u00edm n\u00e1vrhu<\/strong> (v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mimosoudn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, u nesezdan\u00fdch partner\u016f, pop\u0159. pokud prob\u00edh\u00e1 soudn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o zm\u011bnu p\u00e9\u010de, kontakt\u016f d\u00edt\u011bte s rodi\u010dem, neshoda na podstatn\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se d\u00edt\u011bte). Mimosoudn\u00ed dohoda m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt i formu rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu. A\u010dkoliv tato dohoda nem\u00e1 parametry v\u00fdroku soudu, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159edlo\u017eena soudu \u010di OSPOD k zalo\u017een\u00ed do spisov\u00e9 dokumentace d\u00edt\u011bte, a to i v r\u00e1mci n\u00e1vrhu na zp\u011btvzet\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu na \u00fapravu pom\u011br\u016f nezletil\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/li><li><strong>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se rodi\u010de nedohodnou, je na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u017e\u00e1dosti soudu po ukon\u010den\u00e9 edukaci vypracov\u00e1na zpr\u00e1va o pr\u016fb\u011bhu spolupr\u00e1ce<\/strong>, a to nejpozd\u011bji k&nbsp;term\u00ednu dal\u0161\u00edho soudn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed.Tato zpr\u00e1va je v\u017edy vypracov\u00e1na na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u017e\u00e1dosti soudu v souladu s povinnou ml\u010denlivost\u00ed poskytovatele odborn\u00e9 pomoci (pozn. v intenc\u00edch ml\u010denlivosti konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho poskytovatele odborn\u00e9 pomoci \u2013 dle \u00a7 100 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 108\/2006 o soc. slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, z\u00e1kona \u010d. 359\/1999 o soci\u00e1ln\u011b-pr\u00e1vn\u00ed ochran\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed, pokud je pomoc poskytov\u00e1na na z\u00e1klad\u011b pov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed k&nbsp;v\u00fdkonu SPOD, z\u00e1kona \u010d. 202\/2012 Sb. o mediaci).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je v\u00fdsledkem poskytnut\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 pomoci dohoda rodi\u010d\u016f o p\u00e9\u010di, v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b \u010di dal\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1le\u017eitostech t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se jejich d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/strong> V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee rodi\u010de uzav\u0159ou dohodu, je poskytovatel odborn\u00e9 pomoci n\u00e1pomocn\u00fd p\u0159i seps\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to dohody. Forma a n\u00e1le\u017eitosti t\u00e9to dohody mohou b\u00fdt r\u016fzn\u00e9 v z\u00e1vislosti na situaci klient\u016f \u2013 tzn. m\u016f\u017ee se jednat o dohodu, kterou budou klienti p\u0159edkl\u00e1dat soudu ke schv\u00e1len\u00ed. Dohody, kter\u00e9 budou p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1ny soudu ke schv\u00e1len\u00ed, mus\u00ed pro to, aby je soud mohl bez dal\u0161\u00edho schv\u00e1lit, obsahovat ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsou ur\u010dit\u00e1, s jasn\u011b dan\u00fdmi povinnostmi tak, aby soud v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee tyto nebudou jednou ze stran pln\u011bny, mohl ur\u010dit kdo a v jak\u00e9m rozsahu tuto dohodu poru\u0161il. Naproti tomu do mimosoudn\u00edch dohod, kter\u00e9 nebudou podl\u00e9hat soudn\u00edmu schv\u00e1len\u00ed, mohou klienti zakomponovat i dal\u0161\u00ed pro n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 informace t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se nap\u0159. zp\u016fsobu p\u00e9\u010de, p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed, pop\u0159. dohodnut\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt m\u00e9n\u011b konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed. N\u011bkdy m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt mimosoudn\u00ed dohoda podobu rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee nedojde k dohod\u011b rodi\u010d\u016f<\/strong>, je v r\u00e1mci prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00edch soudn\u00edch \u0159\u00edzen\u00edch upravuj\u00edc\u00ed pom\u011bry nezletil\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed ze strany soudu vy\u017eadov\u00e1na <strong>zpr\u00e1va o pr\u016fb\u011bhu spolupr\u00e1ce rodi\u010d\u016f s poskytovateli odborn\u00e9 pomoci<\/strong>. Poskytovatel odborn\u00e9 pomoci je opr\u00e1vn\u011bn pod\u00e1vat informace, kter\u00e9 po n\u011bm instituce zapojen\u00e9 do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situac\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s rozpadem sou\u017eit\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f, zpravidla soud, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i OSPOD, \u017e\u00e1daj\u00ed, pouze za podm\u00ednek, kter\u00e9 mu ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 paragrafy z\u00e1kona, na z\u00e1klad\u011b kter\u00e9ho odborn\u00e9 slu\u017eby poskytuje. Nej\u010dast\u011bji je odborn\u00e1 pomoc rodin\u00e1m v rozpadu sou\u017eit\u00ed poskytov\u00e1na na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00e1kona \u010d. 108\/2006 Sb., o soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, z\u00e1kona \u010d. 359\/1999 Sb., o soci\u00e1ln\u011b-pr\u00e1vn\u00ed ochran\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed, z\u00e1kona \u010d. 202\/2012 Sb., o mediaci, z\u00e1kona \u010d. 372\/2011 Sb., o zdravotn\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch. Podle \u00a7 53 p\u00edsm. e) ZSPOD pov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 osoby a f) poskytovatel\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eeb jsou na v\u00fdzvu org\u00e1nu soci\u00e1ln\u011b-pr\u00e1vn\u00ed ochrany d\u011bt\u00ed povinni sd\u011blit bezplatn\u011b \u00fadaje pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 podle tohoto z\u00e1kona pro poskytnut\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u011b-pr\u00e1vn\u00ed ochrany. Ml\u010denlivost poskytovatel\u016f odborn\u00e9 pomoci poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed sv\u00e9 slu\u017eby na z\u00e1klad\u011b registrace v registru poskytovatel\u016f soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eeb je d\u00e1le upravena odli\u0161n\u011b ve vztahu k soudu (\u00a7100 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 108\/2006 Sb., o soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch) a ve vztahu k OSPOD (\u00a7100a \u010d. 108\/2006 Sb., o soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch). Povinnosti zachov\u00e1vat ml\u010denlivost vyjma situac\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159\u00edmo ze z\u00e1kona mohou b\u00fdt poskytovatel\u00e9 zpro\u0161t\u011bni pouze t\u00edm, v jeho\u017e z\u00e1jmu tuto povinnost maj\u00ed, a to p\u00edsemn\u011b s uveden\u00edm rozsahu a \u00fa\u010delu, viz P\u0159\u00edloha \u2013 Prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed o zpro\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed povinnosti ml\u010denlivosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zpr\u00e1va z navazuj\u00edc\u00ed edukace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zpr\u00e1va z edukace slou\u017e\u00ed jako jeden z podklad\u016f \u2013 d\u016fkaz\u016f pro prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed opatrovnick\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Zainteresovan\u00e9 instituce \u2013 soud a OSPOD (v roli kolizn\u00edho opatrovn\u00edka) z\u00edskaj\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zpr\u00e1vy o pr\u016fb\u011bhu spolupr\u00e1ce rodi\u010d\u016f s poradnou informace d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro rozhodnut\u00ed ve v\u011bci, respektive OSPOD pro zaujet\u00ed procesn\u00edho stanoviska ve v\u011bci \u2013 tedy n\u00e1vrhu, jak m\u00e1 soud rozhodnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zpr\u00e1va pro soud by tak m\u011bla obsahovat <strong>popis toho, co se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu spolupr\u00e1ce rodi\u010d\u016f s poradnou odehr\u00e1lo, nikoliv hodnotov\u00e9 soudy nebo dojmy<\/strong> toho, kdo rodi\u010d\u016fm poskytuje edukaci. Je t\u0159eba m\u00edt v\u017edy na mysli, \u017ee rozhodnut\u00ed o form\u011b p\u00e9\u010de je pr\u00e1vn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou, ve zpr\u00e1v\u011b by tedy nem\u011blo zazn\u00edt doporu\u010den\u00ed, jak\u00e1 forma p\u00e9\u010de je dle poskytovatele odborn\u00e9 pomoci v dan\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zpr\u00e1va z navazuj\u00edc\u00ed edukace obsahuje zejm\u00e9na informace o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>po\u010dtu setk\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 spole\u010dn\u00fdch, odd\u011blen\u00fdch<\/li><li>v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zapojen\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte \u2013 jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, po\u010det setk\u00e1n\u00ed, \u201ezak\u00e1zka\u201c p\u0159i zapojen\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte do spolupr\u00e1ce<\/li><li>(ne)ochot\u011b rodi\u010d\u016f se do spolupr\u00e1ce zapojit \u2013 ta se m\u016f\u017ee projevit nap\u0159\u00edklad neochotou rodi\u010de nal\u00e9zt term\u00edn spole\u010dn\u00e9 sch\u016fzky rodi\u010d\u016f, neomluven\u00fdmi nep\u0159\u00edtomnosti na napl\u00e1novan\u00e9 sch\u016fzce, opakovan\u00e9m omlouv\u00e1n\u00ed se z pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00ed ap.<\/li><li>vydefinov\u00e1n\u00ed zak\u00e1zky ze strany rodi\u010d\u016f<\/li><li>obsahu navazuj\u00edc\u00ed edukace \u2013 obecn\u00fdch i specifick\u00fdch t\u00e9matech<\/li><li>p\u0159\u00edstupu ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z rodi\u010d\u016f k hled\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u2013 aktivita vs. pasivita, (ne)ochota hledat \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/li><li>komunikaci mezi rodi\u010di<\/li><li>o uzav\u0159en\u00fdch zat\u00edmn\u00edch dohod\u00e1ch \u2013 obsah<\/li><li>\u00fasp\u011bchu \u010di ne\u00fasp\u011bchu p\u0159i dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zat\u00edmn\u00edch dohod \u2013 identifikace schopnosti rodi\u010d\u016f dohody dodr\u017eet<\/li><li>d\u016fvodech br\u00e1n\u00edc\u00edch v uzav\u0159en\u00ed zat\u00edmn\u00ed\/trval\u00e9 dohody<\/li><li>zm\u011bn\u00e1ch v situaci rodiny a posunu ve schopnosti rodi\u010d\u016f hledat \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v z\u00e1jmu d\u011bt\u00ed (oproti tomu, jak situace vypadala na po\u010d\u00e1tku nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce s poradnou)<\/li><li>vhodnosti doporu\u010den\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e9 pomoci \u2013 komu, jak\u00fd druh intervence<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zpr\u00e1va obsahuje informaci o po\u010dtu spole\u010dn\u00fdch \u010di odd\u011blen\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f s odborn\u00fdmi pracovn\u00edky. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zapojen\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed do spolupr\u00e1ce pak i o po\u010dtu setk\u00e1n\u00ed s d\u011btmi. V t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti zpr\u00e1vy by m\u011bla b\u00fdt zachycena ochota \u010di neochota rodi\u010d\u016f se do spolupr\u00e1ce zapojit, nap\u0159. nedostaven\u00ed se na pl\u00e1novanou konzultaci bez omluvy, opakovan\u00e9 omluvy (s c\u00edlem se setk\u00e1n\u00ed vyhnout).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1le je ve zpr\u00e1v\u011b uveden obsah edukace \u2013 obecn\u00e1 t\u00e9mata i specifick\u00e1 t\u00e9mata, kter\u00e1 byla probr\u00e1na s ohledem na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci v rodin\u011b. Nap\u0159. v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b naru\u0161en\u00e9 komunikace mezi rodi\u010di je dobr\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159it se na t\u00e9ma d\u016fle\u017eitosti pozitivn\u00ed komunikace o d\u011btech, probrat s rodi\u010di dopad jejich konfliktu na d\u011bti a jeho d\u016fsledky do budoucna. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee ji\u017e m\u00e1 jeden rodi\u010d nebo oba nov\u00e9ho partnera, je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed vysv\u011btlit rodi\u010d\u016fm, jak m\u016f\u017ee jejich d\u00edt\u011b tuto situaci pro\u017e\u00edvat a \u017ee je dobr\u00e9 se domluvit na spole\u010dn\u00fdch pravidlech t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se role nov\u00fdch partner\u016f rodi\u010d\u016f v \u017eivot\u011b jejich spole\u010dn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve zpr\u00e1v\u011b je pops\u00e1n pr\u016fb\u011bh spolupr\u00e1ce \u2013 co se rodi\u010d\u016fm b\u011bhem spolupr\u00e1ce poda\u0159ilo, na \u010dem se dohodli, kde je mezi rodi\u010di neshoda. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee rodi\u010de uzav\u0159eli zat\u00edmn\u00ed dohodu, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159idat do zpr\u00e1vy popis t\u00e9to dohody s t\u00edm, zda byla dodr\u017eena, pokud ne, tak k\u00fdm a z jak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu dodr\u017eena nebyla, jak hodnot\u00ed rodi\u010de funk\u010dnost dohody, jak prob\u00edh\u00e1 komunikace mezi rodi\u010di o z\u00e1le\u017eitostech d\u011bt\u00ed. Zpr\u00e1va by m\u011bla obsahovat i pohled odborn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci rodiny se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na pot\u0159eby d\u011bt\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm doporu\u010den\u00edm vhodnosti poskytnut\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e9 pomoci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pracovn\u00ed list<\/strong>, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee slou\u017eit jako protokol pro soci\u00e1ln\u00edho pracovn\u00edka, je obsa\u017een v p\u0159\u00edloze metodiky. Je ur\u010den k zapisov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1znam\u016f z konzultace \u2013 zachycen\u00ed toho, co bylo, v\u00fdchodiskem pro dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci, a jako <strong>podklad pro p\u0159\u00edp. vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro hodnocen\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed (rodi\u010d\u016f v rozpadu sou\u017eit\u00ed) je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem chce ka\u017ed\u00fd z rodi\u010d\u016f \u0159e\u0161it situaci d\u00edt\u011bte a zda v pr\u016fb\u011bhu edukace reaguje na odborn\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed a zohled\u0148uje je ve sv\u00fdch \u00favah\u00e1ch<\/li><li>zda respektuje druh\u00e9ho rodi\u010de v jeho rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 roli a zda v pr\u016fb\u011bhu edukace reaguje na odborn\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed a zohled\u0148uje je ve sv\u00fdch \u00favah\u00e1ch<\/li><li>zda je schopen nahl\u00ed\u017eet na situaci optikou sv\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte a zda v pr\u016fb\u011bhu edukace reaguje na odborn\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed a zohled\u0148uje je ve sv\u00fdch \u00favah\u00e1ch<\/li><li>zda je schopen a ochoten se zam\u011b\u0159it na pot\u0159eby d\u00edt\u011bte a zda v pr\u016fb\u011bhu edukace reaguje na odborn\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed a zohled\u0148uje je ve sv\u00fdch \u00favah\u00e1ch<\/li><li>zda je schopen a ochoten odd\u011blit partnerstv\u00ed (a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd partnersk\u00fd konflikt) od rodi\u010dovstv\u00ed<\/li><li>zda je ochoten uzav\u00edrat zat\u00edmn\u00ed dohody a respektovat je<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161e vych\u00e1z\u00ed ze z\u00e1kladn\u00ed my\u0161lenky cochemsk\u00e9 praxe, \u017ee by to m\u011bli b\u00fdt <strong>prim\u00e1rn\u011b rodi\u010de, kte\u0159\u00ed rozhoduj\u00ed o \u017eivot\u011b sv\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte<\/strong>. \u00dakolem subjekt\u016f interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce je <strong>poskytnout rodi\u010d\u016fm podporu \u2013 \u201ezkompetentnit je\u201c<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o podporu poskytovanou odborn\u00edky, je proto d\u016fvodn\u00e9 cht\u00edt po rodi\u010d\u00edch, aby odborn\u00fdm argument\u016fm naslouchali. To samoz\u0159ejm\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee by subjekty interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce vnucovaly rodi\u010d\u016fm svou p\u0159edstavu o uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed pom\u011br\u016f jejich d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee do spolupr\u00e1ce byly zapojeny d\u011bti (pokud se to jevilo jako vhodn\u00e9 a souhlasili s t\u00edm oba rodi\u010de), zpr\u00e1va obsahuje i d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 informace o obsahu t\u011bchto setk\u00e1n\u00ed. Je ale pot\u0159eba zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee <strong>konzultace s d\u011btmi nejsou zam\u011b\u0159eny na zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1zoru nezletil\u00e9ho<\/strong> <strong>nebo na napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed participa\u010dn\u00edch pr\u00e1v d\u011bt\u00ed<\/strong> (toto je v kompetenci soudu, pop\u0159. OSPOD v roli kolizn\u00edho opatrovn\u00edka). Neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee by d\u011btem nemohla (nem\u011bla) b\u00fdt poskytnuta odborn\u00e1 pomoc, je v\u0161ak pot\u0159eba si s rodi\u010di p\u0159edem vydefinovat c\u00edl (zak\u00e1zku) t\u00e9to odborn\u00e9 pomoci. V r\u00e1mci vyhodnocen\u00ed procesu edukace je pak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159it pozornost na posun rodi\u010d\u016f v p\u0159\u00edstupu k napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159eb d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V r\u00e1mci interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce je dohodnut standardizovan\u00fd postup, kdy se v\u0161echny zainteresovan\u00e9 instituce shodnou na na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed intervenc\u00ed a na v\u00fdstupech z intervenc\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b obsahu zpr\u00e1v o pr\u016fb\u011bhu spolupr\u00e1ce rodi\u010d\u016f s danou instituc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S ohledem na f\u00e9rov\u00fd, transparentn\u00ed a p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00fd postup je vhodn\u00e9, aby rodi\u010de byli je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed zapo\u010det\u00edm spolupr\u00e1ce sezn\u00e1meni s t\u00edm, \u017ee soud, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b OSPOD si m\u016f\u017ee vy\u017e\u00e1dat (a zpravidla i \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1) za podm\u00ednek dan\u00fdch z\u00e1konem zpr\u00e1vu o pr\u016fb\u011bhu spolupr\u00e1ce rodi\u010d\u016f s poskytovatelem slu\u017eby.
