Vyplynula ze zku\u0161enosti, \u017ee tento krok informov\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f o pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, o negativn\u00edch dopadech nezvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed jejich konfliktu na jejich d\u011bti, ale i nab\u00eddky mo\u017en\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a v\u00fdzvy k p\u0159evzet\u00ed vlastn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti za uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho budouc\u00edho \u017eivota, nelze vynechat nebo p\u0159esko\u010dit. Edukace rodi\u010d\u016f je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 v sam\u00e9m za\u010d\u00e1tku jejich sporu a t\u00e1hne se procesem doprov\u00e1zen\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f jako \u010derven\u00e1 nit. R\u016fzn\u00e9 interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed t\u00fdmy hledaly r\u016fzn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, jak tuto pot\u0159ebu naplnit. Tato metodika nep\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nic, co by ji\u017e praxe neov\u011b\u0159ila, p\u0159edstavuje r\u016fzn\u00e9 formy edukace rodi\u010d\u016f a shrnuje principy, na kter\u00fdch je zalo\u017een\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 a efektivn\u00ed prov\u00e1zen\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f a jejich d\u011bt\u00ed situac\u00ed rozvodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto principy byly formov\u00e1ny v r\u00e1mci procesu zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed transparentn\u00edho koordinovan\u00e9ho postupu zalo\u017een\u00e9ho na spolupr\u00e1ci odborn\u00edk\u016f z oblasti pr\u00e1va, psychologie, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogiky. Jsou v\u00fdsledkem spolupr\u00e1ce t\u011bchto odborn\u00edk\u016f, jejich ochot\u011b sd\u00edlet sv\u00e9 know-how a otev\u0159\u00edt se nab\u00eddce v\u011bdomost\u00ed a pozn\u00e1n\u00ed ze strany dal\u0161\u00edch profes\u00ed. Vze\u0161ly \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b z procesu vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed a osobn\u00ed \u010di zprost\u0159edkovan\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. P\u0159edstavuj\u00ed v\u00fdsledek synergie, kterou spolupr\u00e1ce p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teoretick\u00e9 i praktick\u00e9 informace obsa\u017een\u00e9 v metodice vych\u00e1z\u00ed z poznatk\u016f mnoha odborn\u00edk\u016f publikovan\u00fdch v odborn\u00e9 literatu\u0159e. S mnoh\u00fdmi z nich jsme m\u011bli i mo\u017enost se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu let, b\u011bhem kter\u00fdch se pr\u00e1ci s rodi\u010di v konfliktech spojen\u00fdch s rozpadem jejich sou\u017eit\u00ed v\u011bnujeme, osobn\u011b setk\u00e1vat. Byli to toti\u017e oni, kdo n\u00e1s na na\u0161\u00ed cest\u011b inspirovali, rozv\u00edjeli na\u0161e teoretick\u00e9 znalosti i praktick\u00e9 dovednosti a\u017e k bodu, kdy jsme se samy odv\u00e1\u017eily zpracovat metodiku edukace rodi\u010d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed proch\u00e1z\u00ed rozpadem sou\u017eit\u00ed a nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se dohodnout na \u00faprav\u011b pom\u011br\u016f k&nbsp;d\u00edt\u011bti \u010di na v\u011bcech pro d\u00edt\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch. Velk\u00fd d\u00edk tak pat\u0159\u00ed psycholog\u016fm, soci\u00e1ln\u00edm pracovn\u00edk\u016fm, medi\u00e1tor\u016fm, pr\u00e1vn\u00edk\u016fm a dal\u0161\u00edm odborn\u00edk\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed se s velk\u00fdm z\u00e1palem tomuto t\u00e9matu v\u011bnuj\u00ed. Za v\u0161echny bychom r\u00e1dy jmenovaly a v abecedn\u00edm po\u0159ad\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u00edme alespo\u0148 n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich: Mgr. Martin Bene\u0161, Mgr. Petr Fu\u010d\u00edk, Mgr. Dagmar Kubi\u010d\u00edkov\u00e1, doc. Old\u0159ich Matou\u0161ek, Mgr. Milena Mikulkov\u00e1, Mgr. Terezie Pemov\u00e1, Mgr. Vladim\u00edr Pol\u00e1k, prof. Radek Pt\u00e1\u010dek a JUDr. Romana Rogalewiczov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>C\u00edle metodiky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Metodika m\u00e1 slou\u017eit jako v\u00fdukov\u00fd a metodick\u00fd materi\u00e1l. Jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je komplexn\u011b zpracovat <strong>obsah a formu edukace<\/strong> vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z princip\u016f p\u0159\u00edstupu k rodi\u010d\u016fm a d\u011btem ukotven\u00fdch v r\u00e1mci interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce. Hlavn\u00ed c\u00edlovou skupinou jsou <strong>pracovn\u00edci poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed odbornou pomoc rodi\u010d\u016fm<\/strong> nezletil\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed proch\u00e1z\u00ed rozpadem sou\u017eit\u00ed a\u00ad\/pop\u0159. se nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed dohodnout na \u00faprav\u011b pom\u011br\u016f k d\u00edt\u011bti \u010di na v\u011bcech pro d\u00edt\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch, vedlej\u0161\u00ed c\u00edlovou skupinou jsou pak dal\u0161\u00ed profese zainteresovan\u00e9 do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situac\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s rozpadem sou\u017eit\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f nezletil\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed \u2013 pracovn\u00edci soudu, soudci, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edci, pracovn\u00edci OSPOD\u016f\u2026 P\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd dopad je jednak na skupinu nezletil\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 \u017eij\u00ed v rodin\u00e1ch proch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch rozpadem sou\u017eit\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f, a t\u00e9\u017e na skupinu jejich rodi\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V r\u00e1mci interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce je dohodnut jasn\u00fd a transparetn\u00ed postup zainteresovan\u00fdch instituc\u00ed p\u0159i poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed edukace rodi\u010d\u016fm.
