{"id":169,"date":"2022-03-24T09:47:07","date_gmt":"2022-03-24T09:47:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edukace.cochem.cz\/?page_id=169"},"modified":"2022-09-05T11:00:53","modified_gmt":"2022-09-05T11:00:53","slug":"edukace-definice-potreba-a-ucel","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/edukace.cochem.cz\/?page_id=169","title":{"rendered":"Edukace \u2013 definice, pot\u0159eba a \u00fa\u010del"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definice EDUKACE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Edukac\u00ed se pro pot\u0159eby t\u00e9to metodiky rozum\u00ed poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed psycho-soci\u00e1ln\u011b-pr\u00e1vn\u00edho poradenstv\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016fm nezletil\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed proch\u00e1z\u00ed rozpadem sou\u017eit\u00ed a\/pop\u0159. se nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed dohodnout na \u00faprav\u011b pom\u011br\u016f k&nbsp;d\u00edt\u011bti \u010di na v\u011bcech pro d\u00edt\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dle Mikulkov\u00e9 (2019) lze poradenstv\u00ed ch\u00e1pat jako <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201eodbornou a specializovanou \u010dinnost zam\u011b\u0159enou na pomoc lidem v nesn\u00e1z\u00edch kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho i dlouhodob\u00e9ho charakteru, kter\u00e1 podporuje klienty v \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed jejich situace, nab\u00edz\u00ed n\u00e1hled na \u017eivotn\u00ed situaci\u201c<\/em>&nbsp;<em>.<\/em> <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed a reflex\u00ed lze vn\u00edmat jako <strong>proces podpory\/doprov\u00e1zen\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f<\/strong>, ve kter\u00e9m se zapojen\u00e9 instituce sna\u017e\u00ed rodi\u010de zam\u011b\u0159it na hled\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v&nbsp;nejlep\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1jmu jejich d\u00edt\u011bte, a to jak v pr\u016fb\u011bhu soudn\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, tak i mimosoudn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho konfliktu spojen\u00e9ho s rozpadem jejich sou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To, \u017ee se cel\u00fd proces edukace zam\u011b\u0159uje na pr\u00e1ci s rodi\u010di, vych\u00e1z\u00ed z p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee <strong>jsou to prim\u00e1rn\u011b rodi\u010de, kdo rozhoduj\u00ed o budouc\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b sv\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte<\/strong>, a m\u00e1-li jejich dohoda b\u00fdt v nejlep\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1jmu d\u00edt\u011bte, mus\u00edme jim poskytnout informace, podporu a t\u00edm vytvo\u0159it podm\u00ednky k tomu, aby takovou dohodu byli schopni uzav\u0159\u00edt. Dohoda, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt v z\u00e1jmu d\u00edt\u011bte, <strong>p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 nejen dostatek informac\u00ed<\/strong> o tom, co je pro d\u00edt\u011b v r\u00e1mci \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situac\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s rozpadem sou\u017eit\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f dobr\u00e9 a \u0161patn\u00e9, ale zejm\u00e9na <strong>schopnost a ochotu rodi\u010d\u016f <\/strong>zvl\u00e1dnout sv\u016fj partnersk\u00fd konflikt a odd\u011blit ho od rodi\u010dovstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Edukace vych\u00e1z\u00ed<\/strong> ze znalost\u00ed <strong>pr\u00e1va<\/strong> (zejm\u00e9na rodinn\u00e9ho), <strong>psychologie<\/strong> (zejm\u00e9na z psychologie osobnosti, v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed psychologie, psychopatologie), <strong>sociologie a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce<\/strong>. Dal\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159edpoklady pro pr\u00e1ci s rodinami v rozpadu sou\u017eit\u00ed jsou vedle schopnosti <strong>empatie i praktick\u00e9 dovednosti <\/strong>\u2013 komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti zalo\u017een\u00e9 na vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed media\u010dn\u00edch technik, schopnost p\u0159edat klientovi pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 informace srozumiteln\u011b a s ohledem na jeho aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci a s respektem k \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu a hodnotov\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu dan\u00e9 rodiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Pro\u010d edukace?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto\u017ee, jak uv\u00e1d\u00ed psycholog Pt\u00e1\u010dek, \u201enem\u00e1 smysl p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dovat nepou\u010den\u00e9ho\u201c. <strong>Edukace rodi\u010d\u016f<\/strong> p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nastaven\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de o d\u011bti po rozpadu sou\u017eit\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f se tak jev\u00ed jako <strong>vhodn\u00e1 forma pomoci<\/strong> rodi\u010d\u016fm, a\u0165 ji\u017e <strong>v r\u00e1mci prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00edch soudn\u00edch \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, tak i mimosoudn\u00edch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong>. Smyslem edukace je v\u010dasnou intervenc\u00ed <strong>p\u0159isp\u011bt k deeskalaci rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho konfliktu<\/strong> v situac\u00edch rozpadu rodin s nezletil\u00fdmi d\u011btmi a t\u00edm k <strong>eliminaci negativn\u00edch dopad\u016f<\/strong> spojen\u00fdch s rozpadem sou\u017eit\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f na nezletil\u00e9 d\u011bti \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v t\u011bchto rodin\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1-li ka\u017ed\u00e1 z profes\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je zapojen\u00e1 do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, za c\u00edl dov\u00e9st rodi\u010de k dohod\u011b, mus\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159it na podporu rodi\u010d\u016f s c\u00edlem deeskalovat jejich konflikt. <strong>Edukace v r\u00e1mci interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce m\u00e1 pak synergick\u00fd efekt.<\/strong> To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u016fsoben\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho subjektu zapojen\u00e9ho do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho konfliktu, je zes\u00edleno a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zesiluje p\u016fsoben\u00ed ostatn\u00edch subjekt\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pot\u0159eba, \u00fa\u010del edukace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot\u0159eba edukace rodi\u010d\u016f vych\u00e1z\u00ed z p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee jsou to prim\u00e1rn\u011b <strong>rodi\u010de<\/strong>, kdo <strong>jsou odpov\u011bdni za budouc\u00ed \u017eivot d\u00edt\u011bte<\/strong> a \u017ee <strong>pouze rodi\u010de dok\u00e1\u017eou fakticky zajistit napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159eb sv\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proces hled\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159i nastaven\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de o d\u011bti se <strong>nezam\u011b\u0159uje na porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f a jejich kompetenc\u00ed.<\/strong> Je tedy pot\u0159eba, aby soud a dal\u0161\u00ed zainteresovan\u00e9 instituce p\u0159istupovaly k rodi\u010d\u016fm optikou tzv. nulov\u00e9 hypot\u00e9zy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201e<strong>Nulov\u00e1 hypot\u00e9za<\/strong>, z jejich\u017e pozice p\u0159istupuj\u00ed znalci k hodnocen\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed, <strong>p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00fdchovn\u00e9 kompetence rodi\u010d\u016f jsou pro v\u00fdchovu dan\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte dobr\u00e9 a je vhodn\u00e9<\/strong>, aby se rodi\u010de pod\u00edleli na v\u00fdchov\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed ekvivalentn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem. Nen\u00ed proto d\u016fvodn\u00e9 posuzovat a popisovat osobnostn\u00ed vlastnosti rodi\u010d\u016f, jestli\u017ee o nich nejsou konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pochyby; <strong>d\u00edt\u011b pot\u0159ebuje za\u017e\u00edvat rodi\u010de takov\u00e9ho jak\u00fd je<\/strong>. V t\u00e9to souvislosti je dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee neexistuje exaktn\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e1 metoda, kter\u00e1 by dok\u00e1zala srovnat kompetence konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch rodi\u010d\u016f a \u0159\u00edct, zda je na z\u00e1klad\u011b takov\u00e9ho porovn\u00e1n\u00ed v uvozovk\u00e1ch lep\u0161\u00edm rodi\u010dem matka nebo otec.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p><cite><em>(Pt\u00e1\u010dek, 2015, kap. 5)<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>V rozpadu sou\u017eit\u00ed pak <strong>nezpochyb\u0148ujeme obecn\u00e9 kompetence rodi\u010d\u016f<\/strong>, tzn. jejich schopnost \u0159\u00e1dnou p\u00e9\u010di o sv\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b zajistit. \u00dalohou pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00edch profes\u00ed nen\u00ed \u201evyrobit\u201d lep\u0161\u00edho rodi\u010de, ale pomoci rodi\u010d\u016fm dos\u00e1hnout mnohdy k\u0159ehk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edm\u011b\u0159\u00ed vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e9ho pr\u00e1v\u011b dohodou o jejich spole\u010dn\u00e9m d\u00edt\u011bti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druhou stranu je pot\u0159eba zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee j<strong>ak\u00e1koliv odborn\u00e1 pomoc je limitov\u00e1na t\u00edm, zda a jak\u00e9 kroky jsou rodi\u010de schopni a ochotni ud\u011blat v z\u00e1jmu sv\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/strong> Rodi\u010de tak b\u011bhem spolupr\u00e1ce s odborn\u00edky zapojen\u00fdmi do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho konfliktu dostanou dostatek informac\u00ed, jak situaci d\u00edt\u011bte zlep\u0161it, zda se v\u0161ak t\u011bmito doporu\u010den\u00edmi skute\u010dn\u011b budou \u0159\u00eddit, je pouze na nich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby rodi\u010de byli schopni odhl\u00e9dnout od sv\u00fdch zran\u011bn\u00ed a <strong>zam\u011b\u0159ili se na pot\u0159eby sv\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eChceme po rodi\u010d\u00edch, aby projevili speci\u00e1ln\u00ed rodi\u010dovskou kompetenci, tj. aby dok\u00e1zali prov\u00e9st d\u00edt\u011b rozpadem jejich vztahu s minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fajmou; aby dok\u00e1zali odd\u011blit svou rodi\u010dovskou roli od partnerstv\u00ed. Nen\u00ed to toti\u017e forma p\u00e9\u010de, n\u00fdbr\u017e konflikt rodi\u010d\u016f, co se negativn\u011b prom\u00edt\u00e1 do \u017eivota jejich d\u00edt\u011bte. Budou-li rodi\u010de nezletil\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte v intenzivn\u00edm konfliktu, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 soudn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed nezajist\u00ed, aby d\u00edt\u011b dob\u0159e prosp\u00edvalo.\u201c  <\/p><cite><em>(Pol\u00e1k, Pol\u00e1kov\u00e1, 2018, s. 13)<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Obecn\u011b lze pak konstatovat, \u017ee ekvivalentn\u00ed zapojen\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f do p\u00e9\u010de p\u0159i konfliktu rodi\u010d\u016f m\u016f\u017ee eliminovat riziko naru\u0161en\u00ed vztahu d\u00edt\u011bte k jednomu z rodi\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 si je pot\u0159eba uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee rodi\u010de proch\u00e1z\u00ed t\u011b\u017ekou \u017eivotn\u00ed situac\u00ed \u2013 rozpadem vztahu, kter\u00fd je zcela p\u0159irozen\u011b a legitimn\u011b prov\u00e1zen negativn\u00edmi pocity \u2013 vztekem, zklam\u00e1n\u00edm, obavami. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu je pak pro rodi\u010de velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00fdt v t\u00e9to t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 situaci oporou pro sv\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b, kter\u00e9 pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tuto pro n\u011bj traumatickou zku\u0161enost spole\u010dn\u011b se sv\u00fdmi rodi\u010di. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201ePozice a chov\u00e1n\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f, formovan\u00e9 utrp\u011bn\u00fdmi, nebo subjektivn\u011b poci\u0165ovan\u00fdmi zran\u011bn\u00edmi, zpravidla znemo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed nal\u00e9zat komunika\u010dn\u00ed rovinu v z\u00e1jmu d\u011bt\u00ed.
